A sound bath is a meditative experience in which musical instruments like singing bowls are used to relax, realign, and re-energize the body and mind. All are invited to bring a yoga mat, blanket, or pillow, and enjoy submerging themselves in this relaxing experience led by Cassandra Usener and Jessica Dixon of Cloud 9 Wellness.
