This workshop will provide practical solutions to optimize posture while at work, driving, standing, and sleeping. You will learn the best positions for your body and how to “stack” your spine for optimal body mechanics.
Led by Dr. Cassie Chonko, PT. Dr. Chonko studied Kinesiology at the University of Tennessee and received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy form the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences.
